The location was mind-blowing! Close to everything, stunning architecture, and surrounded by jaw-dropping attractions. Loads of bars and restaurants with super delicious food choices. The flat looked exactly like the pictures - cozy and easy to reach with free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and fully equipped kitchen. Plus, they even allow pets and provide cots if needed. Absolutely loved it!

A characterful base for sightseeing in Plymouth. Amicable and brilliant personal. Room with big sofa. Coffee/tea making equipment, a fridge, and an oven available. Great, particularly good setting close to restaurants and bars and tourist attractions.
Iron/ironing board should be added.

Our stay at The Rooftops By Pureserviced was fantastic! The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. The apartment itself was clean and had all the facilities for a great self-catering week. The architecture was lovely and the nearby tourist attractions made exploring the city a breeze. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, like the broken toilet flush and lack of a hairdryer, our overall experience was wonderful. The WIFI issue was promptly resolved by a helpful staff member, and we quickly adjusted to the unique staircase in the lounge area. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations.

The value for money at this charming and tastefully decorated apartment was fantastic. The location was perfect, just steps away from Sutton Harbour and surrounded by shops and restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient, even fixing a WIFI issue late at night.
The only improvement I could suggest is to offer some basic provisions like tea, coffee, and sugar in the apartment.

We loved being able to easily explore all the tourist attractions and enjoy the diverse range of food options at the nearby bars and restaurants.
There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The check-in process was a bit confusing, with multiple messages and addresses provided for picking up a code.

I had a wonderful stay at The Rooftops By Pureserviced. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The architecture of the building was charming and added to the overall ambiance. The WiFi issue I encountered was quickly resolved by a helpful staff member. I highly recommend this accommodation.
While the washing machine not working was a minor inconvenience, it didn't significantly affect my overall experience. Additionally, the narrow street made it slightly challenging to unload my luggage from the car, but I quickly adapted.
